A short form. No signup. No commitment.
Tell us the basics — your contract paymaster, the award value, and how much funding you need. A real reviewer reads your submission within one business day and responds.
Dealdrum gets you the working capital to deliver an awarded contract — verified investors, controlled deal room, no upfront fees, paid only when you close.
Built for awarded government supply contracts, project-backed receivables, LPO finance, performance bonds, and supplier finance against credible paymasters.
Most holders we meet have spent 3–6 months pitching banks that don't understand contract finance, or chasing brokers who quietly take a cut. Dealdrum fixes both.
No self-service signup. No anonymous form mill. Every holder gets a dedicated reviewer who reads your contract and tells you, plainly, whether Dealdrum is a fit.
Tell us the basics — your contract paymaster, the award value, and how much funding you need. A real reviewer reads your submission within one business day and responds.
If your contract is a fit, a reviewer collects KYC (you + your company), validates the paymaster directly with the awarding institution, and verifies the contract is real. Once verified, an anonymized teaser goes on the marketplace.
Investors who match your deal sign a per-deal NDA before they see anything. You approve who enters. Chat, document Q&A, and activity all live inside the room — nothing on WhatsApp, nothing on email, nothing lost.
Terms are signed inside the room. Funds disburse through Dealdrum-controlled accounts. You deliver the contract, repayment flows back, and Dealdrum charges the one success fee — only at close.
Dealdrum is built for serious contract finance. If your award is real and your paymaster is credible, we'll work with you. We won't waste your time on deals that aren't a fit.
Dealdrum charges a single success fee — between 1.5% and 2.5% of the funded amount, paid at closing. There's no application fee, no listing fee, no subscription. If your deal doesn't fund, you pay nothing.
Verified investors on the Dealdrum platform — family offices, fund managers, institutional SPVs, and a network of Ghana-focused capital providers. Every investor is human-approved by Dealdrum before they ever see a deal. You see who's looking at your room and approve who can see your contract.
Verification takes 5 – 10 business days from the day you submit complete documents. Investor matching typically takes 1 – 3 weeks once verified. Many of our deals close in under 6 weeks end-to-end, though larger or more complex deals can take longer.
Then Dealdrum becomes your Private Trust Room — you bring your own investor, we provide the encrypted deal room, document control, and audit trail. Pricing for this path is usage-based, not success-fee. See pricing for details.
Yes. Bank-grade encryption in transit and at rest. Investors only see what you explicitly release into the room. Every document access is logged. Read the full security policy.
That's the most common story we hear. Banks underwrite the borrower; Dealdrum's investors underwrite the contract. A contractor who can't get a bank loan can still raise capital if the paymaster is credible and the contract is real.
Yes — once you're verified as a holder, every new contract goes through a much shorter review. Bring as many as you want.
No. Dealdrum is not an investor — it's the infrastructure between you and the investors. We charge a transparent success fee, that's it.
Submit your contract for review. A real Dealdrum reviewer reads every submission within one business day.
