Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dealdrum, a private capital-markets platform operated by Dealdrum Ltd ("Dealdrum", "we", "us"). By using Dealdrum, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Platform overview
Dealdrum is a by-invitation platform that connects verified investors with Ghana Government contract financing opportunities. Access is granted only after review and approval by Dealdrum.
Dealdrum does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or brokerage services. Information on the platform is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.
2. Eligibility
To use Dealdrum you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have been approved by Dealdrum following a completed application and KYC review.
- Not be prohibited from investing or participating in financial transactions under the laws of your country of residence.
3. Account obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@dealdrum.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration and KYC. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of your access.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials.
- Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute deal information or investor data without our written consent.
- Attempt to circumvent platform security or access systems you are not authorised to use.
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts other users or the platform's operation.
5. Deal information and no financial advice
Deals listed on Dealdrum represent opportunities that have passed our internal review process. This is not a guarantee of returns, suitability, or investment safety. All investment decisions are made independently by you at your own risk. Past deal performance is not indicative of future results.
6. KYC and compliance
You consent to Dealdrum collecting and verifying your identity documents as part of our KYC and AML obligations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation and to suspend access if compliance requirements are not met.
7. Confidentiality
Deal information, investor data, and platform content are confidential. By accessing deal rooms, you agree to keep deal-specific information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without Dealdrum's written consent.
8. Intellectual property
The Dealdrum platform, brand, design, and content are owned by Dealdrum Ltd. You may not use our name, logo, or content without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealdrum and its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any investment losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or any deal you participate in.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, failure to maintain KYC compliance, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. You may close your account by emailing support@dealdrum.io.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance.
